Foundation
Bringing together outstanding young talents in classical music and jazz with committed private supporters and experienced mentors and providing them with both financial and conceptual support is the goal of the Concerto21 Foundation, which was newly established in 2023.
The foundation's founding board consists of three players: Andreas Brandis, music manager and director of the Toepfer Foundation's Concerto21 Summer Academy, which has been established for 15 years, entrepreneur and culture lover Dr. Krischan von Moeller, and Ansgar Wimmer, board member of the Toepfer Foundation, which manages the Concerto21 Foundation in trust. The funds of the foundation come from private individuals who care about the development of young, promising artists and who thus receive a platform to get involved.
