Shuteen Erdenebaatar

The sun is rising.

With her debut album “Rising Sun”, Mongolian-born pianist Shuteen Erdenebaatar, who has been based in Munich since 2018, has played her way into the hearts of audiences from a standing start. Her thorough musical education at an elite school in Ulan Bator was followed by intensive jazz studies in Munich. In her piano playing, Shuteen brings together the best of both worlds and mixes them in a way that is both dreamlike and dreamy. She promptly won the German Jazz Award 2024 with her quartet.

Goran Stevanovich

The breath of the world.

Accordionist Goran Stevanovich promises strong contrasts and an unexpected amount of variety in his new solo program. On his breathing instrument, he effortlessly bridges geographical and stylistic distances, from his Bosnian homeland to Argentina, from modern classical music to pop. The acoustic panorama ranges from harmonium to didgeridoo-like sounds. Goran Stevanovich plays his own compositions and enchants his audience with music ranging from Philip Glass and Astor Piazzolla to Depeche Mode and Jamiroquai.
